The Four Sacred Modules

Each week includes a 2-hour immersive experience consisting of:

MODULE 1 — THE MAIDEN: Awakening Innocence, Possibility & New Beginnings

Meet the Maiden within you — the part that is curious, free, creative, and deeply connected to life itself.

Explore how your inner Maiden has been shaped through your personal experiences and ancestral inheritance. Reconnect with your dreams, desires, and the courage to begin again.

MODULE 2 — THE MOTHER: Healing, Nurturing & Sacred Devotion

The Mother teaches us how to nourish life. She invites us into deeper compassion, self-love, emotional healing, and the ability to hold ourselves with tenderness.

Discover how to mother yourself and cultivate a relationship with your inner world rooted in care and devotion.

MODULE 3 — THE QUEEN: Sovereignty, Power & Sacred Leadership

The Queen knows her worth. She stands rooted in truth and leads her life from inner authority rather than external validation.

In this module, you will reclaim your boundaries, your voice, your power, and your capacity to create a life aligned with your deepest values.

MODULE 4 — THE WISE WOMAN: Intuition, Wisdom & Sacred Knowing

The Wise Woman lives beyond fear. She trusts the cycles of life and listens to the wisdom of the soul.

Journey into the depths of your intuition, ancestral wisdom, and spiritual connection as you complete your initiation into the Goddess.

Your Sacred Altar

Throughout these four weeks, you will create and deepen a personal altar that becomes a living reflection of your inner journey.

As each archetype awakens within you, your altar becomes a sacred space of remembrance, connection, prayer, and transformation.

About the teacher Lina Lanestrand

I am a practionert, transformational coach, and teacher of Energy Medicine, trained by Cissi Williams.
I have a Master's degree in Intercultural Education and more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, training and wellbeing.

My background includes certifications in Energy Medicine, NLP, Soul Coaching, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Craniosacral Therapy, and Norse Shamanism. I am also a Shamanic Priestess and Tradition Keeper of the Völva path - the way of the Wise Woman in Nordic shamanic tradition and Seidr magic.

More importantly, I am a woman walking this path myself.

I am not perfect, and I do not have all the answers. What I do have is lived experience, deep devotion, and a genuine commitment to supporting you and other women in reconnecting with their feminine power, wisdom and truth.
